Management organs of the Center The management organs of the Center are as follows:
a) Director,
b) Management Board.
Duties of the center director The duties of the Center Director are as follows:
a) To represent the Center, to chair the Center Management Board, and to carry out the activities of the Center in accordance with its objectives,
b) To call the Center Management Board for meetings and to prepare the meeting agenda,
c) To implement the decisions taken, to manage the administrative affairs of the Center, and to present them to the Rector after receiving the opinion of the Center Management Board,
ç) To organize, execute, and supervise the activities of the working groups established within the Center,
d) To carry out appropriate projects and realize mutual cooperation by collaborating with relevant centers and organizations domestically and abroad,
e) To prepare the annual activity report of the Center in December of each year and present it to the Rector,
f) To prepare the work plans of the Center and present them to the Rectorate after receiving the opinion of the Center Management Board.
Duties of the center management board The duties of the Center Management Board are as follows:
a) To organize the activities of the Center in accordance with this Regulation and its founding objectives,
b) To take decisions regarding the management and activities of the Center in line with its founding objectives, and to evaluate and decide on the Center Director's proposals regarding the working groups to be established and the individuals to be assigned to these groups,
c) To take decisions on application and research areas according to available resources,
ç) To assist the Center Director in the preparation of year-end activities.
