a) To propose the procurement of necessary educational materials and various equipment for conducting research activities within the practice unit established under the Center,

b) To ensure the training of academic and auxiliary personnel who will take part in research activities in the field of special education,

c) To employ teachers and assistant teachers in the practice unit affiliated with the Center, and to facilitate the domestic and international training of qualified personnel when necessary,

ç) To support and enhance the thesis studies and scientific research of undergraduate and graduate students in various departments of the Faculty of Education,

d) To plan proposed projects to ensure they reach different disciplines and to carry out the necessary work for their implementation,

e) To organize national and international scientific meetings such as congresses, conferences, symposia, seminars, and special events in its field of study, and to issue certificates of participation when required,

f) To provide the necessary environment for the development of cooperation between the University and the community in the field of special education,

g) To collaborate with domestic and international organizations and to facilitate the exchange of information and personnel within its areas of study,

ğ) To announce project results and findings to the public through technical reports, conference papers, scientific articles, popular publications, and other media tools, while encouraging domestic and international participation,

h) To perform other duties assigned by the Rectorate and other authorized bodies of the University that align with the Center's objectives.
